Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Who we are
RelationShips is a social discovery app for adult cruise passengers, operated by Tate Enterprises, LLC. This page is our published child safety standards statement. It describes what we prohibit, how anyone can report a concern, and what we do about reports.
2. Adults only — 18 and over
RelationShips is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, and a profile cannot be created without an age of 18 or above. If we learn that a user is a minor, we remove the account and its content. If you believe a minor is using the app, report it using the options in Section 4.
3. What is prohibited
CSAE means child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child. CSAM means child sexual abuse material: any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery.
You may not, on RelationShips or through it:
- Upload, share, request, link to, or generate CSAM, or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
- Groom, sextort, harass, or sexually exploit a minor, or attempt to do so.
- Use the app to locate, contact, or arrange to meet a minor for a sexual purpose.
- Traffic a minor for sex, or assist anyone else in doing any of the above.
- Portray yourself as a minor, or help another person hide that they are a minor.
Breaking these rules ends your account. Serious violations may also be reported to law enforcement.
4. How to report a concern
In the app
Open the profile you are concerned about and choose Report, then select Child safety concern. Use Block to stop all contact immediately. You can do both from the same menu, without leaving the app.
By email
Email support@relationships.app with the subject line Child Safety. Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority and are reviewed ahead of other reports.
To authorities
Anyone can report CSAM directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or to local law enforcement. If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
5. What we do about reports
We review every child safety report and act in line with these standards and applicable law. That includes removing content, permanently banning and blocking the accounts involved, and preserving relevant records. Where CSAM is confirmed, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or the relevant regional authority, and we cooperate with law enforcement and with Google Play on requests relating to child safety. We do not warn a reported user before acting.
6. Compliance with child safety laws
Tate Enterprises, LLC complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the places where RelationShips is offered, including the legal obligations that apply to reporting confirmed CSAM. We self-certify this compliance to Google Play and keep our enforcement and review procedures documented.
7. Child safety point of contact
Tate Enterprises, LLC maintains a designated child safety point of contact who can speak to our CSAM prevention practices, our enforcement and review procedures, and can take action when needed.
